We recently returned from a great weekend break with friends at Hartleyburn Hall where we had a great time. The property is very clean and well presented and the kitchen is well equipped. There is lots of space and with 6 teenagers in our group we made good use of the pool table, table tennis table and darts board. The hot tub and sauna were also a bonus! The property is situated in a small village with lots of opportunities for walking close by and Hadrians Wall is only about 25 mins drive away. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Visited here a few times now, always very clean with great facilities. Kitchen really well equipt, loads of space and love the fact there are different living areas. Upstairs apartment come is really hand with its own kitchen and extra fridge. Great sauna and hot tub and loads of bathrooms too. Will definitely go back.

Recently stayed for 3 nights 8/12/23 to 10/12/23 for my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. All15 of us had an amazing time. The accommodation and facilities are 1st class, the owners have thought of everything. We will definitely be returning in the very near future. I would highly recommend Hartleyburn Hall to anyone.

Just spent a long weekend with family & friends for a joint 60th celebration for myself & my sister in law which consisted of 17 women.
This place offered the perfect setting for a fantastic weekend of celebration.
The place was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We hired a mini bus on the Saturday & spent the afternoon in Carlisle which again was superb.
Other point to note, there’s a lovely walk which I believe was an old railway line just minutes from the cottage.
Neil met us on arrival & upon leaving so is very helpful with anything you require.

House worked really well for trip with grandparents and three families. Plenty space for kids and parents to avoid getting under each others feet. Pool table doubles up for table tennis, darts, sauna and hot tub, plenty to keep us occupied. Really well equipped kitchen, variety cooking implements (which we didn't use) but stacks of crockery and cutlery, so no panic if dishwasher hadn't finished it's cycle. Country immediately around house bleak on a damp day, south Tyne trail a 5 min drive.

Absolutely beautiful house and so big. Really cosy and clean couldn't ask for more. Loads to keep you occupied such as sauna, hot tub, pool table etc. 13 of us for hen night and huge dining table meant we could all eat together. Log burners are so cosy, loads of places to sit and chill too, think it's been catered for every age with xbox one etc. Must return maybes in warmer weather to use barbecue and outdoor seating and maybe a walk or 2, but bet its beautiful in the snow with pj's on and log burner x highly recommended x

A lovely property, unfortunately the neighbours have an issue with it being let out to groups for stag/hen party's. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:30pm. Maybe just book it for a quiet weekend getaway.
